Andrea (she/her) joined the HAF team in April 2025 as a Senior Financial Analyst. A proven advocate for underrepresented groups, she founded her consulting firm, which focused on operations, strategy, and finance for small businesses. Prior to joining, Andrea also worked as a municipal bond analyst for Moody’s Investors Service. Andrea has a B.A. from UCLA in Political Science and Sociology, and an MBA from USC. A California native, Andrea was born in San Diego, lived in LA for over ten years, and now resides in San Jose with her two amazing kids and a Goldendoodle named Bowie.
