Hilda (she/her) was born in California, but raised in Texas. She came back as soon as she could. She has a heartfelt interest in preserving and creating affordable housing as she credits affordable and stable housing with helping her succeed in life. Before joining HAF, she honed her financial skills as a Valuation Analyst with BBG Real Estate Services and as a Property Accountant with Security Properties Residential in Seattle, Washington. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard Extension School where she learned that she can combine her interests in financial analysis and real estate to do the meaningful work of building affordable housing.
