Vacant Land

SFHAF finances strategic acquisitions of vacant sites. Flexible acquisition and pre-development funds enable developers to quickly seize opportunities and hold land until it can be developed with new affordable housing units. The SFHAF completed a significant vacant site acquisition loan in the Excelsior neighborhood which will be developed as 175 affordable units for very low income residents.
