Caroline McCormack

Caroline (she/her) joined the Housing Accelerator Fund as the Vice President of Lending and Policy in July 2023 and brings nearly
a decade of experience in housing policy and development. She most recently was Director of Preservation in the Northern California office of Enterprise Community Partners where she led its preservation policy, advocacy, and technical assistance strategy in the 9-county Bay Area. Prior to Enterprise, Caroline was a Senior Project Manager at the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development where she oversaw the deployment of the City’s acquisition and preservation lending products including the $170 million Small and Large Sites Program and the $260 million Preservation and Seismic Safety Program. In this role, Caroline helped execute on the City and HAF’s first Small Sites permanent loan conversions.  She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received a dual master’s degree in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
