Cynthia Wilusz Lovell is a seasoned financial services executive with more than 30
years of leadership experience in commercial banking, commercial real estate finance,
corporate governance, risk management, and capital allocation. She recently retired
from Wells Fargo after serving as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Banking
for the Western United States, where she led an organization responsible for client
relations and a multi-billion commercial real estate loan portfolio.
A longtime civic and industry leader, Cynthia has held numerous governance roles with
the Urban Land Institute, including Global Governing Trustee, National Product Council
Chair, and Treasurer of San Francisco’s District Council. She has also served as an
Executive Committee member of the Policy Advisory Board at the Fisher Center for
Real Estate & Urban Economics, on the boards of Rebuilding Together Peninsula and
SPUR, and currently on the Finance Committee of Marin Humane.
Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Economics and an
Honors Concentration in Financial Services from Saint Mary’s College of California.
