Diva (she/her) joined the Housing Accelerator Fund in 2026 as Senior Program Associate, project managing the Breaking the Cycle Fund, a $50M philanthropic initiative accelerating the City of San Francisco’s homelessness and behavioral health response, alongside various internal processes at HAF. Diva holds a BS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis and spent two years as a software engineer before pivoting to public service. Since then, she’s completed the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs, served on the Data + Policy team at the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, and organized for two winning political campaigns. Her work in civic innovation combines an organizer’s humility, an engineer’s love for tinkering, and a deep belief in what our society can accomplish when we work together. Born and raised in the Midwest, she enjoys reading in SF’s parks, volunteering in community mediation, and feeling amazed by the odd and beautiful Bay Area.
