Ernest works as a Senior Project Manager for Kaiser Permanente where he supports the nonprofit’s growth strategy and strategic partnerships. Outside of work, he is an advocate for innovative solutions to the housing shortage and has served on the boards of advocacy organizations such as East Bay for Everyone and YIMBY Action.
He recently relocated with his family from Oakland to his hometown of Atlanta, GA where he graduated from Emory University.
