Julijs Liepins (he/him) is Senior Vice President of Capital Solutions at the Housing Accelerator Fund, where he advances the organization’s capital strategy by developing innovative financing structures that expand investment in affordable housing. Before joining HAF, he spent 18 years at Forsyth Street Advisors, advising public agencies, philanthropies, CDFIs, and financial institutions on affordable housing finance, fund design, and capital structuring. His work has supported leading housing initiatives across California and the nation, including partnerships with HAF, the Bay Area Housing Finance Authority, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Julijs earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics from Amherst College.
