Katherine August deWilde

Katherine August deWilde, Vice Chair of First Republic Bank, is an experienced independent board member and C-Suite executive, with expertise in building strong brands and creating shareholder value. For more than 30 years, she co-led First Republic, growing enterprise value in excess of 20 percent per year, and earning accolades for the bank’s exemplary client-focused service and culture. Katherine moved from the role of president to vice chair in 2016, in order to devote more time to her expanding board portfolio. In addition to her role at First Republic, she serves on the Boards of Bay Area philanthropy Tipping Point Community; TriNet, the HR systems and solutions provider; SunRun, a solar energy equipment supplier; Eventbrite, the world’s largest self-service ticketing platform; and OpenGov, the leader in cloud-based solutions for government.
