Sanam (she/her) joined the Housing Accelerator Fund as an Asset Manager, bringing over 10 years of institutional-grade experience in real estate asset management and financial strategy. Throughout her career, Sanam has overseen diverse, large-scale multifamily, commercial, and industrial portfolios across the Bay Area, executing complex operational strategies, driving portfolio performance, and managing credit risk. Prior to joining HAF, she worked as an independent commercial real estate advisor, and, held asset management roles at prominent firms including Belveron Partners, Hamilton Zanze, and Berkeley Partners, where she specialized in optimizing performance across multifamily, commercial, and industrial asset classes while driving proactive asset preservation and risk evaluation.
Driven by a commitment to data-driven portfolio stability and sustainable growth, Sanam is passionate about leveraging her institutional background to protect and expand affordable housing assets across the Bay Area. She holds an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan. Sanam resides in Redwood City and enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
