Ted Holman

Ted Holman brings over 25 years of finance experience to the Housing Accelerator Fund’s Board of Directors.  Currently, Ted leads the Western Region Institutional Investments efforts for Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments, a leading national sponsor of affordable housing.  Based in San Francisco, Ted helps develop affordable housing funds seeking to achieve financial goals, as well as positive social, environmental, and economic impact in the community.   Prior to joining RJ, Ted led the development of First Republic Bank’s LIHTC program, building a portfolio of approximately $3 billion which included 150,000 units of affordable housing located throughout the United States.

Ted is a board member of Community HousingWorks and has previously served on the board of directors for the Affordable Housing Investors Council. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
